How We Build
Building a YourStyle Home is the result of three very important elements:
- superior design
- the use of name brand products
- included features that are anything but ordinary
Let’s take a tour of a YourStyle Home to better understand how we build.
YourStyle Kitchens feature large kitchen islands perfect for entertaining guests or sharing a quick meal. All appliances are “built-in” including gas cook top with custom range hood, double oven, and microwave. Most kitchens feature a walk-in pantry as well as a stylish butler’s pantry to serve the Dining Room conveniently. YourStyle Kitchens feature granite countertops, tile back splashes, and site finished wood flooring.
YourStyle Master Baths feature soaking tubs for total relaxation, extra large showers (3′-6″x 6′-6″) with built-in seating, his and her vanities, mirrors, above counter medicine chests, and compartmentalized toilets. Our bathrooms are finished in rich cabinetry, granite tops, and exquisite tile on floors, shower and tub platform.
YourStyle Great Rooms are elegant yet functional, with dedicated space for media centers and fireplaces, and plenty of recessed lighting to properly illuminate the rooms in the evening. Our designs are family-centered and provide open views throughout the home that, when combined with our generous use of windows, make the home warm and inviting.
YourStyle Secondary Bedrooms are large (typically 12′ x 14′) and most include walk-in closets as well as private access to bathrooms. All bedrooms are wired for phone and cable connectivity, and include bedroom ceiling lights with fan pre-wires.
Your Style Convenience is designed into every home with available built-in storage benches, cabinetry, and valets in the garage and master bedroom foyers. Laundry rooms are large and intentionally separated from the garage entrance foyer, with many located on the second floor. All laundry rooms are available with built-in laundry sinks and cabinetry, and tile flooring for durability.
YourStyle Lower Levels are built using a nine foot “Superior Wall Foundation”. All homes feature predesigned finished lower levels to enhance your home’s value and livability. The foundation walls are insulated to an R-24 value. This, combined with our high efficiency heating and cooling systems make your home extremely energy efficient and “superior” to homes constructed with block or poured wall foundations.
Finally, YourStyle Garages are typically sized for three cars, and are either “side entry” or “2/1 split” in design to enhance our exterior architecture and provide adequate garage storage. Our garages are fully insulated (including garage doors), dry walled with textured ceilings, and finish painted including interior trimmed ledges and garage door openers.
