Tartan Ridge

Site of the 2009 Parade of Homes, Tartan Ridge is a community with mixed residential styles such as manor house, smaller cottage style homes and townhomes reminiscent of the classic big city brownstones. The 270 home sites will share similar design cues such as brick walkways and recessed stoops with natural finishes. Of the 189 acres 40 percent will remain green space to help define the roads and lots, and at the same time keep the area natural. As a part of the community, 17 acres will be reserved for an upscale neighborhood retail center which will feature spas, restaurants, coffee shops and specialty markets. Homes start at $400,000 and go to $900,000.

At the Traffic Circle Take the Second Exit onto Manley Rd

Continue onto Jerome Rd

Turn Left at McKitrick Rd
